Ethical Channel
The Onsider is committed to complying with the law and adhering to its ethical principles and values in all areas of its business and commercial activities. This commitment is clearly reflected in the Code of Conduct, which serves as a guide for the actions of all employees, directors, board members, and third parties with whom The Onsider maintains business relationships, regardless of their role and geographical location.
The Ethics Line is a communication tool between employees, third parties, and the Company’s Ethics Committee. Anyone can report any regulatory or legal non-compliance they are aware of or reasonably suspect, or communicate irregular behaviors related to ethical aspects of work. This communication can be made either identified or anonymously and will always be treated confidentially.

To regulate the use of the Ethics Channel and the procedure for investigating and resolving communications, The Onsider has approved and implemented the Internal Reporting Policy and the procedure for managing the investigation and resolution of communications received through the complaints channel available here. The policy and procedure include all the rights of the informant provided by law, including confidentiality, informant protection, personal data protection, and the right not to receive notifications.
