NON TOURISTIC RENTAL

The Onsider apartments can be rented for a minimum stay of 32 days as a non-touristic rental. No services related to touristic rental are included in the rental price. Please keep in mind that this is a residential building in a residential area.

 

GUARANTEED BOOKING

To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay the amount for the minimum rental period (32 days) upfront. We accept all common payment methods. We accept bank transfer, Paypal or Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visacard and American Express).

 

DEPOSIT

You will pay a deposit of 2.500€ and will be refunded between 7 and 15 days before your check out.

 

BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE RESIDENT

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request. Our cancelation policy is as follows:

  • For cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival, we will refund the entire amount paid to guarantee your booking.
  • For cancellations prior to 31 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount paid to guarantee your booking.
  • For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, we won’t be able to refund your booking payment.
  • Once “in house”, we will not refund the amount paid.

 

CHANGES BY THE ONSIDER

In case that the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to The Onsider, The Onsider has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

 

CHANGES BY THE RESIDENT

1. Modification of Dates:
Possible modifications to the dates of stay, while maintaining the same number of nights, or adding extra nights are subject to availability. These modifications should be communicated at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
2. Extensions of Stay:
Once the resident is in-house, you will have priority for any extension requests. However, such extensions are still subject to availability. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as you are aware of the need for an extension.

 

DATA PROTECTION (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December)

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and the free circulation of these data (hereinafter RGPD) we inform you that,

The ONSIDER BCN S.L. responsible for the processing of the data requested through the booking form is THE ONSIDER BCN S.L. -CIF: B65271405, c / Aribau 306, 08006, Barcelona, Barcelona, telephone: +34 699 734 013 and mail info@theonsider.com.

Of the data requested to complete the reservation, those marked with an asterisk are essential for the purpose requested -name, surname, mail, telephone, while the rest, even being useful for statistical purposes and monitoring of the Responsible for the treatment, They could be ignored by the user, without affecting the reservation. The personal data provided through the form are treated confidentially and incorporated into a treatment identified as “Clients” in order to keep a record of reservation requests received through our website and manage them. The legitimacy of this treatment is based on the consent of the interested party, the data are not communicated to third parties and are kept for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and at most for a period of 2 years, after which, we will proceed to its deletion unless the interested party previously exercised his right of withdrawal, which – like the rest of the rights – can be asserted by sending an email to info@theonsider.com, attaching a copy of his ID and indicating in the case “data protection”.
