The Onsider apartments can be rented for a minimum stay of 32 days as a non-touristic rental. No services related to touristic rental are included in the rental price. Please keep in mind that this is a residential building in a residential area.
To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay the amount for the minimum rental period (32 days) upfront. We accept all common payment methods. We accept bank transfer, Paypal or Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visacard and American Express).
You will pay a deposit of 600€ that will be refund at your check out.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request. Our cancelation policy is as follows:
· For cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival, we will refund the entire amount paid to guarantee your booking
· For cancellations prior to 31 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount paid to guarantee your booking
· For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, we won’t be able to refund your booking payment
In case that the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to The Onsider, The Onsider has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Of the data requested to complete the reservation, those marked with an asterisk are essential for the purpose requested -name, surname, mail, telephone, while the rest, even being useful for statistical purposes and monitoring of the Responsible for the treatment, They could be ignored by the user, without affecting the reservation. The personal data provided through the form are treated confidentially and incorporated into a treatment identified as “Clients” in order to keep a record of reservation requests received through our website and manage them. The legitimacy of this treatment is based on the consent of the interested party, the data are not communicated to third parties and are kept for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and at most for a period of 2 years, after which, we will proceed to its deletion unless the interested party previously exercised his right of withdrawal, which – like the rest of the rights – can be asserted by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a copy of his ID and indicating in the case “data protection”.
